We all have dreams when we were little and as we grow up we work hard for it to become a reality. We study hard and we strive hard to make these dreams possible. We take the risk. We put in the practice. We are willing to pay the price. and we get it done no matter what it takes or how long it takes.

Most people have dreams. Big ones or small ones. Even the most successful people had dreams and that is what has made them what they are today. Dreaming is essential for a human being. Without dreams, you will lose interest in life and finally hate to live life. You will be bored and tired of the same monotonous routines of your daily life and will not even find interest in the most exciting things. Only with dreams, will you find a purpose to live your life. You will start working hard towards the dream and will never lose interest in life. You will never tire and always be motivated. This is the best way to become successful.

Here are some tips that can help you achieve your dreams for the future:
1. Fear is no excuse; we’re all afraid.
2. Make a choice
3. Talk to yourself
4. Minimize your number of regrets
5. Don’t be afraid of hard work
6. Live the part
7. Kick down the doors
8. Make yourself stand out
9. Share your gifts

Dreams also help in aiming for bigger goals. Dreaming for big goals are very important and they can even be dreams that change the course of your entire life. It decides your occupation and your inner desires. For teenagers and kids, it helps in becoming more studious and makes you more inclined towards studying. It helps you achieve any goal that you want to achieve. It is almost the most essential thing in one’s life.

So dreams are very important in life. They motivate, inspire, improve and help you in achieving any goal that you want to achieve. It is the most important thing in life and without dreams, we will be nowhere.

Kannawidan: A Showcase of Culture and Tradition

The old and the new in Ilocano culture are both featured in this year’s Kannawidan Ylocos Festival -  the festival of Ilocos Sur that celebrates it's being a separate province and it's being a treasure chest of traditions and culture.   Held in the Heritage City of Vigan from January 28 to February 17,  the festival opened with the residents’ expression of gratitude to the blessings of God on January 28.  Government workers from national and local offices, public officials and members of non-government-organizations united in the Holy Mass concelebrated at Saint Paul Cathedral in this city and the procession afterward. As people of faith in the Christian world, Ilocanos are gathered in their religious events on special feast days of patron saints. Reflection (4th Quarter)

Fourth Quarter, the school year is about to end and my junior year is also near to end. It's sad and happy at the same time. It's happy because I will finally finish my junior year and it's sad because I will miss a lot of happy and sad memories of my junior year. It's also sad because some of us will go to different schools for the senior year. This fourth quarter we haven't had a lot of time to study our lessons in different subjects because we practiced a lot for our field demo for the High School Day celebration. And we are also practicing our cheerdance that is a requirement for our P.E. in M.A.PE.H.
